So far we have already had a look at the new Speed champions hitting the market in 2024, which you can read here and the new beautiful bouquet of roses., now we delve into five new additions to the Harry Potter collection. The magical world of Harry Potter has always captivated fans, making these sets highly sought after.
With their anticipated release on March 1st, 2024, let’s explore what each set has to offer.
76424 Flying Ford Anglia – £12.99
This affordably priced set includes the iconic Flying Ford Anglia, along with mini-figures of Harry and Ron, and their companions Hedwig and Scabbers.
Priced at £12.99, it makes for a perfect stocking filler or a delightful birthday present for any Potter enthusiast. With its attractive features, this set is expected to fly off the shelves, pun intended.
76425 Hedwig at 4 Privet Drive – £17.99
Hedwig, the beloved owl, takes centre stage in this set priced at £17.99.
While it offers a unique build for Hedwig, it retains its cuteness and charm. The set includes extras like a trunk and a Privet Drive sign, making it a great playable toy
76426 Hogwarts Castle Boathouse – £31.99
Priced at £31.99, this set showcases the Hogwarts castle boathouse, complete with two rowing boats and seven different character mini-figures, including an exclusive Hogwarts portrait this being the first of 14 new ones to collect
Including these collectable portraits adds an extra layer of appeal for dedicated Potter fans.
76428 Hagrid’s Hut: An Unexpected Visit – £64.99
Leaping at price at £64.99, this set offers an impressive build of Hagrid’s hut, providing great playability. The set includes a variety of characters such as Harry, Hermione, Ron, Draco Malfoy, and Hagrid, along with Norbert the dragon and Hagrid’s loyal dog Fang.
Another exclusive Hogwarts portrait adds to the set’s collectable nature.
Perhaps this one is a little overpriced in my opinion
76430 Hogwarts Castle Owlery £39.99
This set, reasonably priced for its significance in completing the Lego Hogwarts grounds, includes three minifigures – Cho Chang, Argus Filch, and Harry Potter – along with five owls. The set complements other Hogwarts-themed sets seamlessly.
Really like this set and see this being very popular
76432 Forbidden Forest Magical Creatures – £24.99
Priced at £24.99, this set is designed for play, featuring a variety of magical forest creatures, including a posable Buckbeak toy, a baby Thestral toy, a Cornish Pixie figure, and mini-figures of Ron and Hermione. The glow-in-the-dark elements add an extra touch of magic, making it an exciting set for building and playtime.
I like the variety of these sets, and find many of them quite reasonably priced which is encouraging we will have to keep a look out for future sets with portraits, and also as always it will not be long before we start seeing discounts for these sets.
