Very reasonable for such a small spend, plenty of LEGO bricks to build this is a great set.
At the moment this set is selling for £50+ on Amazon after it became available as a promo in July.

The second gift with purchase is Houses of the World which is again available if you spend £220
We are likely to see the fourth one soon, so 30th September is likely to be the very last opportunity to snap up.
