Is now the time to buy Lego 42141?

Lego 42141 Mclaren Formula 1 race car, is currently at a fantastic low price at Argos.

You can now snap this set up for just over £100, market at £105 currently a huge discount of close to 40% off.

This set came out in March 2022, so has been on the market for a while, since its release we have a whole host of F1 sets across different themes.
The popularity of this set has surely paved the way for many more F1 sets.

As a big fan, this has only been a good thing, and this set was one of my favourite Lego builds ever.

Next on the wishlist will certainly be 42171.

Is £105 a good price?

This set has been around this price before, I don’t quite recall it going this low, but have seen £112 – and it is currently only £115 on zavvi as well.

This set is still going to be on the market in 2025, ensuring it has a 3-and-a-half-year life span at least, so there will be opportunities to get this set again, but this set is well worth £105.
